Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes

I just picked up a copy of Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes for PS3 on a Boxing Week sale and wanted to share a couple of the highlights with our readers. While I did review this game back when it came out for the Wii, there are some elements on the PS3 that make this game that much more enjoyable.

First and foremost, the graphics are much cleaner on the PS3 (especially with HDMI) and the gameplay is also much smoother. Loading times are are much more tolerable compared to the Wii. Trophies are also an added bonus that make games such as this, requiring repetetive gameplay for acquiring items and levels more palatable.

As a whole, this was definitely worth the sale price I picked it up for and I would highly recommend this title for anyone who is a fan of the Dynasty Warriors series and wants a change of pace for the hack n' slash genre.
