Inuyasha The Final Act picks up right where the original series left off. Inuyasha, Kagome and the gang are still trying to find ways to destory Naruku and complete the scared jewel. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are working on making their swords stronger, while Kagome is dealing with balancing her time in the feudal era and entrance exams. Sango and Miroku become closer than before and are becoming desperate to put an end to Miroku's cursed hand.
The animation is improved from the original series but doesn't deviate from it.The fight scenes look better thanks to some improved CG effects. A few of the voice actors changed though most notably Kagome and Sessesamhru. It took me a bit to get use to but this new series is wonderful. Its full of action and once it starts it doesn't stop. It's a much faster pace than the original and the ending was worth the wait. I don't want to say anymore because I don't want to spoil it for you.
So if you enjoyed the original series then you'll love this new series, its full of action, romance and comedy. Make sure to have plenty of time available because once you start this series its hard to stop. I highly recommend this series, its a great family show that works for everyone.
